We experienced one of the most breathtaking sunsets in the world here. This place is truly magical, it feels like stepping into a painting. Everything about it is exceptional: the views are insane, the location is perfect, the food is absolutely finger-licking good, and the staff are warm, friendly, and deeply passionate about what they do. The rooms are very spacious, thoughtfully designed, and surrounded by a setting that feels luxurious yet completely immersed in nature. It’s rare to find a place that balances comfort, elegance, and raw natural beauty so effortlessly. One night is definitely not enough, don’t make the mistake we did. We ended up extending our stay at the last moment and cancelling another booking because this place was just that good. We simply couldn’t leave. It’s also fantastic for families and kids, with two pools, ostrich experiences, and close proximity to Cango Caves and many other activities in Oudtshoorn. There is so much to do and explore around the area. We rang in 2026 here, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable moments of our trip.
