I'm not sure who I was communicating with through booking.com or over whatsapp before arriving but that communication made me very concerned about the customer service as it took a while to get a response and when we did it was just one word answers. BUT, when we got there, the lady who greeted us and helped us was amazing. Such a sweetheart. I know she wasn't the same person I'd been communicating with up till that point as they told me she would be helping us when we called. She more than made up for the initial disappointing communication. It's really worth it for the price and for a place to sleep as a stop over to your next destination.
