Facilities all OK. Host very friendly. Welcoming gifts made by Lara very much appreciated, nice touch, Array of teas and coffee and biscuits and breakfast cereals, more than one would expect.

Staff were in contact with us, I really appreciated the little gift package for each of us. Everything a traveler needs was available. I have travelled often here and overseas and the amenities provided were on par if not better than many 4 and 5 star hotels in terms of the room, tea, coffee, soaps etc.

The room is very spacious. The host is soo kind. Gave us nice gifts. The room was filled with everything you need from Noodles, biscuits, milk. I would definitely come back next time I am in volkrust

Cracking location for stopping between Kruger National Park and the Zulu battlefields. Interesting town with Anglo-Boer War associations. Accommodation was, quiet, well-presented and spacious, with gifts for guests and fresh milk.
Lara's is a delightful & convenient stopover, well worth the price. Would recommend to others.

Friendly hosts and extremely well equipped with many extras, they've thought of everything and then some! Huge shower, electric blankets, puzzles, snacks, breakfast just to name a few. Covered, safe parking, always appreciated.
