Good communication from hostess Máriki and was extremely helpful. Enjoyed a Super Comfortable weekend stay at The Goat House Cottage 👌🌟. Fine and thoughtful attention to detail. Fresh cut roses from the garden, homemade rusks & sweets, tea, coffee and milk in the fridge for guests. Main bedroom had down duvet and electric blanket on the very comfortable bed for the cooler nights in this part of South Africa. Interesting corners to be found all over☺️. Enjoyed hot showers with gas geyser. Safe & secure situated on the main tarred road in Wakkerstroom. I can definitely recommend Thyme Out Restaurant, a short walk from the cottage, for Fine dining, friendly welcoming staff, beautiful garden setting and tasty meals. Thank you for your hospitality Máriki, I surely did Enjoy my stay in Wakkerstroom 😁!!

Roomy! Cozy and comfortable.

We stayed one night when passing Wakkerstroom. A lovely house in the middle of Wakkerstroom! Beautiful decorated and a huge garden! The house has a really special ambiance! We will definitely visit again when we are in the area!

The host was amazing, i left my laptop there, and she was so accommodating. Keeping the place closed until I got back to pick it up and communicated with me until i drove 4 hours back home. The best stay ever, i can't rave enough about its location in town, how safe we felt, and how well appointed the 2 bed cottage is. Amazing.
