Gorgeous home in a fantastic setting. Welcoming basket of goods & attentive host. Comfortable & clean. The owners have thought of everything, to cater for all age groups eg:pool, playground, seperate braai area, animals to see, walks, picnic spot etc.

The location is absolutely spectacular! The cottage is so beautiful. We will definitely return.

Everything about the stay was exceptional. The stone thatch-roof cottage on Prospect Farm where I stayed is in a beautiful rural area outside George. Loved the self-catering facilities, private garden with braai, pool, comfortable furnishings, and the peace and quiet. There are lovely hikes and runs around the cottages, and wish I had even more time to explore. I travelled for work, so appreciated the internet access, solid built-in work counter, and scenic views while I went about my day. The kitchen amenities deserve special mention – a mini-oven, two electric plates, two large gas hobs, a large microwave, electric and gas kettles, fridge with freezer, and a premium-brand air fryer. Self-catering was a pleasure, and cooking amenities even included salt and pepper, curry powder, spice, and fresh thick-skin lemons from the tree outside the cottage. The smart TV connects to all your favourite streaming services. All in all, a place where you can just bring your food and drink and come to relax and/or work.

The owner is such a beautiful lady oh my oh my, i didn't want to come home, everything about this cottage is amazing from the moment we stepped in.

We loved our stay at Prospect Farm Cottages. The cottage we stayed in was newly renovated/build. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful. The cottage is nice and clean. We had freshly baked muffins waiting for us when we arrived. There were rusks, cookies, coffee, tea, sugar etc and chocolates on the bed. There was ample wood (which is great as we love to braai). We made use of the lapa, which was also very nice. Our son loved the play area, trampoline and pool. Great place for the family.

The cottage was quaint with all the facilities that we needed. The pool was a nice touch to keep the kids busy and there is a nice trail to go and walk in the woods.
