"The receptionist was exceptionally welcoming and friendly, efficiently addressing all our needs. The manager, who I'd been in touch with since March, was equally impressive, providing clear guidance and support throughout. To top it off, they thoughtfully gifted us chocolates for Mother's Day – a lovely touch!" Keep it up.
We enjoyed our stay at Balfour.
