This was our 3rd stay on this amazing farm. This hidden gem is a mere 70 km from Beaufort West, situated on the N12 toward De Rust, within a sprawling 10,000-hectare working sheep farm. Conveniently located right next to the N12, it offers easy access while providing an escape into nature. The sweeping vistas from the house are nothing short of mesmerizing. The vast open spaces invite relaxation, allowing you to momentarily forget the hustle and bustle of city life. Newly built, the house is equipped with all the modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, including a delightful wood-fired hot tub outside. The quality of linen, beds, and towels is comparable to that of a five-star establishment—extremely clean and upmarket. The showers feature exceptional water pressure and piping hot water, enhancing your bathing experience. The kitchen boasts a dishwasher and ice machine, while an outside braai and pizza oven cater to your culinary needs. Indoor fireplace This destination embodies peace, quiet, and relaxation, all bundled into one remarkable package. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a break from the ordinary. The host is incredibly responsive, available on WhatsApp, and typically replies within ten minutes to any queries you may have. Words can not capture the charm of this cottage. On arrival, we were greeted with freshly baked bread, butter, and jam—a lovely personal touch. You can also purchase firewood and firelighters, as well as upscale wine and fresh products, such as jam and salad dressing. For cycling enthusiasts, this haven is a dream come true, with hours of cycling available in a vast, safe environment. Come and experience it for yourself; you definitely won't be disappointed!
