Wonderful Overnight Stay at Lyons Den

We had a lovely overnight stay at Lyons Den, a beautiful and private apartment attached to the owner’s home. The space was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed – from bedding to cutlery. Even though it was a short stop on our way home, we really appreciated the comfort and tranquility of the place. The surrounding area is just as beautiful, with plenty to explore. We especially enjoyed visiting the nearby Karoo Desert Nature Reserve, which offered stunning views and easy, enjoyable hikes. There are also lots of picturesque dams in the area, perfect for a peaceful walk or scenic break. A great stopover spot – comfortable, quiet, and surrounded by natural beauty!
