Reviews of Pakamisa Private Game Reserve

My partner and I booked a suite, but experienced some car issues along the way, which delayed us severely. The owners were so accomodating, and even allowed us to extend our stay for a few hours at no extra charge, since we only arrived in the evening- long past their check-in deadline. We're definitely going to book for a longer stay soon. The staff is incredibly friendly, the service is out of this world. Our suite was nothing short of amazing, and this was, by far, our best lodging experience. Our suite was spacious, clean and well equipped for guests. The views from the room and restaurant are to die for. The food was delectable, and well presented. Five stars all round

This is a different kind of a getaway. It’s peaceful and serene. If you enjoy looking into the bush from the comfort of your luxurious room then this is it. We didn’t see any animals from the room but we did see some Eland and buck on the drive out. The food is excellently prepared and served. There are other activities but we only stayed for one night. It is the first time I experienced real silence. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would love to do it again.

Wir haben eine Woche Reitsafari mit Übernachtung in der Pakamisa Lodge gebucht und waren rundum zufrieden. Wenn es nicht so weit weg von Deutschland wäre, hätten wir sofort den nächsten Urlaub dorthin gebucht. Viele Gäste dort haben den Aufenthalt hier mit einer Rundereise durch Südafrika verbunden. Das ist sicher empfehlenswert.

Very isolated hotel great for travel break. The food was excellent although selective , understandable as there were not many guests during our stay.

Wij waren met zijn drieen in Pakamisa, daarnaast was er nog een groep van drie Duitsers. Voor deze 6 m/v waren er zeker 15 man personeel om het ons naar de zin te maken. Het eten was van hoge kwaliteit en kon afhankelijk van het weer binnen bij de open haard of op een terras met schitterend uitzicht genoten worden. De game drives en de game walks weredn zeer enthousiast begeleid door de aanwezige rangers,en howel het zwembad er schitterend uitziet was het helaas te koud om er in te duiken.
