Extra mile level of service

Winston is a great host and making an effort to expand his business. When we arrived there (quite early), tilers were busy around the pool area. It was very hot, so we went into the airconditioned room - the aircon was working very hard but kept us cool enough. We slept well. We left the next morning and later when wo got to Joburg we relaised our toiletry bag had been left behind. There was some expensive cream and deodorant in there but we just kind of wrote it off as we were planning at that stage on returning via Kimberly to Cape Town. Ten days later, after deciding to travel back via Bloemfontein, we thought that as we were going to be passing through, we may as well give Winston a call and see if by some chance the bag was still around. Much to our amazement, not only was the bag still there, having been handed in, but he made the effort to meet us at a garage not far from the N1 to give us our bag back, with everything still inside. Great service and commitment to his clients. I can highly recommend Unirift as a place to stay but more importantly can testify to the integrity of Winston. Will definitely go back,
