Applicants of this visa intend to build up relationships with business partners in Suriname.
Holders of this visa may attend conferences, business summits and trade fairs while they are in the country.
You may negotiate and sign business contracts while in the country.
A letter of invitation from your business partner in Suriname is required. The letter should have the company’s address and the purpose and duration of your visit in the country.
The certificate of business registration of the company you are visiting in Suriname is required.
If you have had prior business dealings with the company you are meeting with, proof of this is required.
A letter from your current employer in South Africa stating that he/she is aware of your business. The letter should contain your position in the company, purpose and duration of your visit to Suriname.
You need to obtain a business permit before you can start with your activities in the country.
If you are under the age of 18 years, the original copy of your birth certificate is required.
Proof of paid visa application fees is required.
With this visa, you cannot seek public funds.
Yellow fever vaccination certificate is mandatory.

Passport which has a validity of 6 months from period of departure from the country. The passport should have one blank page for entry stamp.
Duly completed visa application form which has been signed and stamped where necessary.
Two recent passport-size photographs which should be taken with a white background.
Bank statement which is not older than 3 months from the period of entry to the country showing steady and continuous flow of income.
Valid travel insurance which covers medical insurance.
Proof of accommodation for the duration of your stay in the country.
Return or onward ticket.
