This is for those who visit the country to receive medical treatment in Kuwait that cannot be gotten in South Africa.
You need a medical permit for any medical visit that surpasses 3 months.
A letter from the medical institution in Kuwait stating the reason and duration of the medical treatment.
Document showing the diagnosis of the ailment and stating the reason the treatment cannot be gotten in South Africa.
Proof of payment for the medical treatment.
Holders of this visa cannot take up paid employment while in the country.
Applicants are required to have a valid medical insurance.
Minors should possess an original copy of their birth certificate.
Once you are done with the treatment, you are expected to leave the country.
The visa costs USD 18.20.

A valid passport which does not expire for another 30 days after the date of entry into Kuwait.
There should be two blank pages on the passport.
Confirmed payment of the visa processing fee.
Two passport-sized photographs which is not older than 3-months taken with a white background.
Bank statement not older than 3 month showing continuous flow of income. This is proof that you can cater for yourself during your time in the country.
Return flight ticket to South Africa.
Hotel reservation that covers the duration of stay in the country. If you are staying with a friend or relative, the host’s address and identification is required.
A duly completed application form.
Copy of travel itinerary for the duration of stay in the country.
