Diplomatic visa allows South African government officials visit Romania in order to foster the relationship between the country’s governments.

Two 30 mm x 40 mm passport-sized photographs.
Return and onward ticket with entry and exit dates.
Copy of travel itinerary.
Proof of accommodation.
Two passport sized photographs not older than three months which is in accordance with the passport format for a visa application.
Valid passport with a validity of at least 6 months from the date of visa application. The visa should have one blank page.
Valid travel insurance.
