This is a visa type that allows diplomats of a country into Croatia for meetings and other official duties.
You are required to present a letter stating the purpose of your visit and your status in the government.
Visa application form of minors should be submitted by parents or legal representatives.
Proof of accommodation for the duration of your stay in the country is required.
As a diplomat, if the purpose of your stay in the country is non-official, you may not apply for this visa type.
You are not allowed to take up work or go around for tourism purposes.
You are required to return to South Africa at the end of your diplomatic mission in the country.

A recent 35 mm x 45 mm passport photograph.
International passport which has a validity of at least 3 months after exiting the country.
Bank statement dating back at least 3 months showing that you can cater for yourself during the stay. If you have a sponsor in Croatia, a letter from the person should be provided stating the same.
Proof of financial support to cover entire duration of stay in Croatia.
Proof of medical and travel insurance.
Proof of return flight reservation.
Travel itinerary showing hotel reservation, planned activities, entry and exit dates from the country.
A signed letter from your employer stating continuing employment after period of leave.
Letter of invitation from the person you are going to visit.
Proof of accommodation spanning the duration of your stay in Croatia.
