Willie bought the 67 ha farm in 2006 while working as a technical director of television productions and commercials.
With its beautiful views of the Valley, he saw its potential as a tourism project.
Willie is still working freelance in the film industry and some of his most recent productions include Masterchef SA, Fear Factor, Koekedoor and Kokkedoortjie, to name but a few.
Nelia is a local estate agent for Seeff Properties and she takes care of the marketing and administration for Big Sky Cottages.
