Work Visa from South Africa to Bermuda Description

The Bermuda work visa is issued to foreigners who want to work in the country.
Applicants must hold a passport to be granted entry into Bermuda. The passport must have all the required details.
There should be a processed invitation letter from the company or organisation that indicates applicant’s employment and position in the country.
Holders of this visa are required to get a work permit in Bermuda to affirm their intention to work there. This permit is also issued by the Bermuda Immigration Department.
Work permits are of two types:

Standard work permit that is issued only after the employer has proven that no Bermudian can take up the task being assigned to the foreigner. Most foreigners are issued this kind of permit.
Periodic work permit that is issued mostly to people coming in for business purposes only.

The permit should be processed by the applicant's employer.
This work permit is issued to be valid for 1-5 years from the date of issuance.
Note that this permit is usually a short term or periodic permit and is to be renewed before its expiry date in order to continue working in Bermuda.

A valid national passport with at least 6 months of validity from the date of return and one blank page for visa issuance.
An original visa application form.
Two 2 x 2 in height and weight (25 x 35mm as the width) sized passport photographs.
A copy of identification document is required.
An original and one photocopy of valid travel document.
Proof of financial support or stability for the applicant's duration of stay in Bermuda
An insurance document for the applicant’s travel.
A copy of travel itinerary.
A police report showing that the applicant does not have a criminal record.
Return flight ticket to South Africa.
