A letter from the applicant’s employer stating reasons for business visit and position held.
Letter of invitation from the company in Burundi you are going to conduct business with.

Two copies of correctly filled and signed visa application forms.
Two colored passport sized photographs that is no more than 3 months old.
A recent bank statement (preferably for at least 2 months prior) showing that applicant has sufficient funds in the account. Also, there should be a proof of continuous cash flow.
Travel itinerary.
A copy of a certificate showing that the applicant is free of yellow fever.
Confirmed return ticket back to your home country.
Proof of accommodation for the duration for your time.
A valid passport which has at least 3 months validity from the period of departure with a page for the visa.
