This is for the business-minded people travelling to Estonia.
This people aim to develop a good working relationship in Estonia.
You are allowed to have business meetings with partners and also sign business contracts.
You are also allowed to attend business meetings, conferences and trade fairs during your stay in the country.
A letter of invitation from your business partner in Estonia.
The letter should contain the address of the company.
Also included in the letter, the company should state coverage of expenses.
If applicant is not a South African, photocopy of South African stay permit is required.
Holders of this visa cannot take up paid work during their time in the country.
You are required to present a letter from your employer stating the approval of your leave and the duration of your stay in the country.

A copy of the completed application form.
Two passports sized photographs taken with a white background and showing the face fully. These photographs should be attached to the application form.
Copies of your previous visas along with your passport. The passport should have a validity of 3 months from the intended date of entry into the country.
The passport should also contain two blank pages.
Travel insurance with a minimum of €30000 covering medical insurance.
Travel itinerary for the duration of the visit in the country.
Confirmed flight reservation with dates of entry and exit from Estonia.
Bank statement spanning 6 months from the period of application of the visa. This is to show the continuous flow of funds.
Confirmed hotel reservation for the duration of stay in the country.
