A letter of invitation from the company you are visiting in Sweden detailing the duration and purpose of your visit in the country.
Proof of being able to afford SEK450 per day for the entire duration of your stay in Sweden.
Minors should have the original copy of their birth certificate.
The visa typically costs SEK1000.
It is processed for a period of 15 – 30 days and expires after 90 days.

Correctly filled and stamped copy of application form. The form should be signed twice.

International passport which has a validity of at least 3 months after intended exit from the country.
