This is for foreigners who have been offered a course of study in one of the institutions of learning in Czech Republic.
Applicants of this visa are required to present the letter of acceptance from the institution they have been accepted to.
Holders of this visa are not allowed to seek public fund while in the country.
You should be prepared to obey all the rules and regulation of your visa.
If you are under the age of 18 years and you are traveling alone, you will be required to present a letter of consent signed by both your parents.
You should possess the receipt of your paid visa application fees.
You are allowed to take up jobs as long as it does not affect your study.
Proof that you are able to cater for yourself during the duration of your study.
Applicants should provide the certificates and transcripts of the school they attended previously.

Correctly completed visa application form with valid contact details. The application form should be signed where necessary.
A passport which has a validity of at least 3 months from the period of exit from the country. The passport should have two adjacent blank pages.
Two copies of passport-sized photographs taken with a white background. The passport should not be older than 3 months. It should be glued to the visa application form.
Copy of travel itinerary.
Applicants must possess a valid travel insurance which should cover at least €30,000 for medical insurance.
Bank statement of at least 3 months prior to the period of entry into the country. This is a proof that you have sufficient funds to cater for yourself during your stay in the country.
Proof of accommodation for the duration of stay in the country should be provided. This may be in the form of booked hotel accommodation or valid address of your host in Czech.
Round trip ticket with entry and exit dates.
