This is the visa issued to government delegates from a foreign country.
The visa type is for government officials who are in Denmark to foster relationship between South Africa and Denmark.
The identity of the applicant should be submitted at the embassy.
A letter from your government stating purpose and duration of stay in the country.
As a diplomat, you are not entitled to this visa if your stay in the country is non-official.
If you are travelling with a minor, an original copy of the minor’s birth certificate is required.
You are expected to return to South Africa at the end of your diplomatic mission.
It takes a period of 15 days for this visa to be processed.
It ceases to be valid after 90 days.
The visa processing fee is $160.

A valid passport with at least 3 months validity before return date are required. The passport should have at least two blank pages.
Two recent passport photographs with a light background that follows the passport format of a Denmark visa.
A copy of return ticket.
Bank statement dating back at least 3 months to show that you can fend for yourself during your time in Denmark.
