South Africans visiting Egypt for business purposes are the applicants of this visa.
This visa allows businessmen and businesswomen visit Egypt to meet up with their partners to carry out all business activities.
Holders of this visa are free to attend conferences, business summits and trade fairs while in the country.
A letter of invitation from the company you are visiting in Egypt is required. The letter should have the address of the company you are visiting, duration and purpose of your visit in the country.
If the company you are meeting with is responsible for handling your expenses in the country, it should be clearly stated in the letter.
Letter from your employer stating that he is aware of your business leave.
If you are less than 18 years, you should have the original copy of your birth certificate.
Yellow fever vaccination is required.
Copies of the original documents should be made as the embassy will not return the original copies unless copies are provided.
You are prohibited from being employed or being enrolled to one of the institutions in the country.
The visa is valid for 30 days.

Passport valid for at least 6 months after return date.
One copy of duly completed visa application form which has been signed where necessary.
Two recent passport photographs taken with a white background and follows the photo specification for a visa application.
Proof of accommodation for the duration of your stay in the country.
Bank statement spanning 3 months prior to the period of application. The bank statement should show proof of available funds to cover travel expenses.

A detailed travel itinerary.
