- This visa is for business travelers visiting Guinea with the intention of maintaining business relationships with their partner companies in the country.
- You are not restricted from attending business meetings, conferences and trade fairs with this visa.
- You can also negotiate and sign contracts with business partners in the country.
- The company you are visiting in Guinea for business should provide a letter of invitation which should include the address of the company, purpose of the visit and duration of the visit.
- The certificate of business registration of the company you are visiting in Guinea is required.
- Letter with the official company letterhead from your current employer in South Africa is required. Your employer should state that he/she is aware of your business leave. Your position in the company should be stated in the letter.
- Minors traveling without their parents should provide a letter of consent which is signed by both parents. An unabridged original copy of your birth certificate should be provided.
- You cannot take up paid or unpaid employment with this visa.
- It is mandatory for all travelers to have a yellow fever vaccination certificate.
- Travelers are advised to be immunized against hepatitis A, hepatitis B, malaria, polio and meningitis.
- You are expected to leave the country at the expiry of your visa.
- The visa is valid for 90 days.
