- This visa type allows travelers attend meetings, sign and negotiate contracts with the company they are visiting in Iraq.
- Business travelers can attend trade fairs, conferences and business lectures.
- A letter of invitation from the company you are meeting with should be provided during the visa application process. The letter should contain the address of the company and the reason of your visit in the country.
- If the company is taking up the financial aspect of your visit in the country, it should be clearly stated in the letter.
- Certificate of business registration of the company is required.
- If you have had previous business dealings with the company, a proof of this is required.
- Letter from your current employer in South Africa stating that he/she is aware of your business leave. The duration of the leave should be mentioned in the letter.
- Ensure you have yellow fever vaccination certificate.
- You are expected to leave the country as soon as your visa expires.
- Travelers with an Israeli stamp on their passport should consider obtaining a second passport as they may be refused entry to the country.
- The visa takes 10 working days to be processed.
