Business Visa from South Africa to Senegal
- Business visa allows business travelers attend meetings, sign and negotiate contracts with the company they are visiting in Senegal.
- You can also attend trade fairs, conferences and business lectures.
- Receiving payment for services rendered during your time in the country is prohibited.
- A letter of invitation from the company you are meeting with in Senegal should be provided during the visa application process. The letter should contain the address of the company and the reason of your visit in the country.
- If the company is taking up the financial aspect of your visit in the country, it should be clearly stated in the letter.
- Certificate of business registration of the company is required.
- If you have had previous business dealings with the company, a proof of this is required.
- Letter from your current employer in South Africa stating that he/she is aware of your business leave. The duration of the leave should be mentioned in the letter.
- Yellow fever and meningitis vaccination certificate is mandatory.
- You are advised to be immunized against hepatitis A and B, polio, malaria, typhoid and cholera.
- If you are traveling with a minor, a letter of consent from both parents is required.
- Receipt of paid visa application fees is required.
