Business Visa from South Africa to Gambia Description

This visa is for business travelers visiting Gambia with the intention of maintaining business relationships with their partner companies in the country.
You can attend business meetings, conferences and trade fairs with this visa.
You can also negotiate and sign contracts with their partners in the country.
A letter of invitation from the company you are visiting in Gambia is required. The company address, purpose and duration of your visit should be clearly stated in the letter.
The certificate of business registration of the company you are visiting in Gambia is required.
Letter with the official company letterhead from your current employer in South Africa is required. Your employer should state that he/she is aware of your business leave. Your status in the company should be stated in the letter.
Minors traveling without their parents should provide a letter of consent which is signed by both parents.
You cannot take up paid or unpaid employment with this visa.
Certificate of yellow fever vaccination is required to enter Gambia.
Travelers are advised to be immunized against hepatitis A, hepatitis B and meningitis.
You are expected to leave the country at the expiry of your visa.
The visa is valid for 90 days.

Valid national passport with a validity of more than 6 months from the period of departure. The passport should have two blank pages.
Two recent passport sized photographs taken with a white background which follows the photo specification of a visa application.
Completed visa application form which has the necessary signatures.
Bank statement which is not older than 3 months from the period of visa application. This is proof that you can cater for yourself for the duration of your stay in the country.
Copy of travel itinerary.
Valid travel insurance.
Return flight ticket to South Africa.
Proof of accommodation that covers your stay in Gambia. This may be in form of confirmed hotel reservation in the country.
