This visa is issued to people who need to make a short-stop at the airport to board a connecting flight.
Applicants of this visa may also want to join a ship to their destination country.
The holder is not allowed to visit any relative or friend.
Visa of the destination country is required.
Confirmed flight ticket to the destination country is also required.
If the applicant is not a South African, a South African stay permit is needed.
It is a single-entry visa.
It is valid for only 24 hours.

A valid passport with at least 3 months validity before return date are required. The passport should have at least two blank pages.
Two recent passport photographs with a white background that follows the passport format of a visa application.
A copy of return ticket back to South Africa.
Bank statement not older than 3 months showing that you can cater for yourself during your time in Iceland.
Applicants should ensure they have a copy of the correctly filled and signed visa application form.
