Official Visa from South Africa to Iran Description

This is the visa type for diplomats and government officials who are visiting Iran.
You are required to present your official or diplomatic passport during the visa application process.
This visa allows diplomats to visit Iran not only for official purposes but also for tourist and pilgrimage purposes.
Temporary employees in consular offices and international organizations in Iran are entitled to this visa.
Diplomats can also attend conferences, apprenticeship, cultural and educational programs with this visa.
Minors should ensure they have the original copy of their birth certificate.
A valid travel insurance is required.
This visa takes 7 – 10 working days to be processed.

Valid passport that does not expire for 6 months after the date of exit from Iran. The passport should have two blank pages facing each other.
A copy of correctly filled and signed application form.
Two coloured passport-sized photographs. The photo must follow the specification for a visa application.
Proof of sufficient funds. This is to show that you can cater for yourself for the duration of your stay in the country.
Photocopies of all the required documents should be made prior to submission.
Proof of accommodation.
Travel itinerary.
