Business Visa from South Africa to Ivory Coast Description

This visa is for business travelers visiting Ivory Coast with the intention of maintaining business relationships with their partner companies in the country.
You are not restricted from attending business meetings, conferences and trade fairs with this visa.
You can also negotiate and sign contracts with business partners in the country.
The company you are visiting in Ivory Coast for business should provide a letter of invitation which should include the address of the company, purpose of the visit and duration of the visit.
Certificate of business registration of the company you are visiting in Ivory Coast is required.
Letter with the official company letterhead from your current employer in South Africa is required. Your employer should state that he/she is aware of your business leave. Your position in the company should be stated in the letter.
Minors traveling without their parents should provide a letter of consent which is signed by both parents. An unabridged original copy of your birth certificate should be provided.
You can neither be paid for services rendered in the country nor enroll to one of the institutions of learning in the country.
Valid medical insurance.
Certificate of yellow fever vaccination is mandatory for anyone visiting Ivory Coast.
Travelers are advised to be immunized against hepatitis A, hepatitis B, malaria, polio and meningitis.
You are expected to leave the country at the expiry of your visa.
The visa is valid for 90 days.

Valid national passport with a validity of more than 6 months from the period of departure. The passport should have two blank pages.
Three recent passport sized photographs taken with a white background which follows the photo specification of a visa application.
Two copies of completed visa application form which has the necessary signatures.
Bank statement which is not older than 3 months from the period of visa application. This is proof that you can cater for yourself for the duration of your stay in the country.
Copy of travel itinerary.
Valid travel insurance.
Return flight ticket to South Africa.
Proof of accommodation that covers your stay in the country. This may be in form of confirmed hotel reservation in the country.
