This visa is for those visiting Kazakhstan for a short stay.
Applicants aim to board a connecting flight to their destination from Kazakhstan.
You are required to have the visa of your destination country.
The flight ticket to your destination country is required.
A valid medical insurance is needed.
You are not allowed to tour the country.
Minors should have an original copy of birth certificate.
You are not allowed to take up paid employment when you are in the country with this type of visa.
The visa is valid for 5 days.

Correctly completed and signed visa application form.
Two coloured passport-sized photograph taken with a white background which is not older than 6 months. The date the passport was taken should be written at the back of the passport. The back of the passport photograph should be stamped.
Passport not older than 6 months. The first page of the passport should be photocopied.
Travel itinerary for the duration of stay in Kazakhstan.
Travel insurance which covers medical insurance.
Proof of payment visa application fees.
A confirmed return flight back to South Africa.
Proof of accommodation for the period applicant will be in the country.
