Business Visa from South Africa to Vietnam Description

This visa allows businessmen and businesswomen visit Vietnam for business trips.
Business travelers on the business visa can attend business meetings, negotiate and sign contracts with partner companies in Vietnam.
You can also attend conferences, trade fairs and business lectures while in the country.
Applicants of this visa are required to be in possession of a letter of invitation from their business partner in Vietnam stating the purpose and duration of the visit.
A letter from your current employer stating that he is aware of your business leave. The address of the company should be written in the letter as well as the duration of the visit.
If you are a non-South African, your South African stay permit should be provided during the visa application process.
Receipt of the paid visa application fee is required.
Certificate of yellow fever vaccination is mandatory.
You are not allowed to be paid for services you render while in the country.

Applicants should ensure they have a completed and signed copy of application form.
Bank statement which is not older than 3 months showing sufficient and continuous flow of funds for the duration of your stay in the country.
Flight tickets with entry and exit dates.
Information showing that you have the incentive to return to your home country.
Proof of accommodation.
A passport sized photograph not older than six months which is in accordance with the passport format for a visa application.
A South African passport which will still be valid for at least 6 months from the date of visa application.
Valid travel insurance.
