- The company you are visiting in Ivory Coast for business should provide a letter of invitation which should include the address of the company, purpose of the visit and duration of the visit.
- Certificate of business registration of the company you are visiting in Ivory Coast is required.
- Letter with the official company letterhead from your current employer in South Africa is required. Your employer should state that he/she is aware of your business leave. Your position in the company should be stated in the letter.
- Minors traveling without their parents should provide a letter of consent which is signed by both parents. An unabridged original copy of your birth certificate should be provided.
- You can neither be paid for services rendered in the country nor enroll to one of the institutions of learning in the country.
