The holders of the visa need to get medical treatments that are not available in their home country in Lithuania.
A medical report stating the confirmation of the ailment is required.
Receipt of the full payment of the medical fees should also be presented.
After receiving treatment, patients are required to return to South Africa.
For minors, an original copy of birth certificate is required.
You are not allowed to take up paid work during your time in the country.
This visa is not valid for tourism purposes.
The visa takes 15 days to be processed.

Accurately filled and signed application form.
Two coloured passport sized photographs taken with a white background and showing the face fully. These photographs should be attached to the application form.
Copies of your previous visas along with your passport. The passport should have a validity of 3 months from the intended date of entry into the country.
Travel insurance with a minimum of €30000 covering medical insurance.
Travel itinerary for the duration of the visit in the country.
Proof of sustenance for the duration of stay in the country.
Confirmed flight reservation with dates of entry and exit from Lithuania.
Bank statement showing sufficient finance for the period of stay in the country. The bank statement should span a period of 6 months from the period of application of the visa.
Proof of accommodation for the duration of stay in the country.
