People whose health is not in the best of condition are the ones entitled to this visa type.
The holders of the visa need to get medical treatments that are not available in their home country in Estonia.
A medical report stating the confirmation of the ailment is required and the reason the ailment cannot be treated in South Africa.
A letter of invitation from the medical institution in Estonia. If an organization is covering the cost of the treatment, it should be stated in the letter.
Receipt of the full payment of the medical fees should also be presented.
Letter of consent should be signed by parents of minors.
Applicants should be prepared to abide by the laws of the country.
If applicant is not a South African, photocopy of stay permit in South Africa is required.

A copy of the completed application form.
Two passports sized photographs taken with a white background and showing the face fully. These photographs should be attached to the application form.
Copies of your previous visas along with your passport. The passport should have a validity of 3 months from the intended date of entry into the country.
The passport should also contain two blank pages.
Travel insurance with a minimum of €30000 covering medical insurance.
Travel itinerary for the duration of the visit in the country.
Confirmed flight reservation with dates of entry and exit from Estonia.
Bank statement spanning 6 months from the period of application of the visa. This is to show the continuous flow of funds.
Confirmed hotel reservation for the duration of stay in the country.
