The business visa is meant for travelers visiting Monaco to engage in various business activities.
With this visa, you can meet up with existing and intending partners in the country to develop and maintain business relationships.
You can also negotiate and sign business contracts while in the country.
Holders of the business visa can attend summits, conferences and trade fairs while in the country.
An invitation letter from the host company in Monaco should be provided. This letter should contain the company's address, the duration and purpose of the applicant's visit.
Certificate of business registration of the company you are visiting should also be provided.
A letter from your current employer in South Africa written on a company letterhead should be provided. This letter should state your position in the company and that the employer is aware of the leave and the duration.
If you are traveling with a minor, a letter of consent signed by both parents is required.
If you have prior business dealings with the company, a proof of this is needed.
Immunization against hepatitis A and B is strongly recommended.
You cannot be paid for any of the services rendered while in the country.
The visa is valid for 90 days and is usually processed within 15 days.
A letter from the inviting company affirming that they will cover your expenses for the duration of your stay is important.

South African Passport which is valid for three months from the period of exit from the country is required. It must have at least one blank page for visa entry stamps.

If the applicant is a minor, parents/legal guardians will have to sign the visa application form and birth certificate for children younger than 12 is required.

Copies of bio-metric data in your passport.
