Business Visa from South Africa to Niger Description

  • This gives business travellers the liberty to attend business meetings, sign and negotiate contracts with their business partners in Niger.
  • You can also attend trade fairs, conferences and business lectures while in the country.
  • Receiving payment for services rendered during your time in the country is prohibited.
  • A letter of invitation from the company you are meeting with in Niger should be provided during the visa application process. The letter should contain the address of the company and the reason of your visit in the country.

  • Certificate of business registration of the inviting company is necessary for your visa application.

  • Yellow fever vaccination certificate is mandatory for this application.
  • You are advised to be immunized against hepatitis A and B, polio, malaria, typhoid and cholera.
  • If you are traveling with a minor, a letter of consent from both parents is required.

Business Visa from South Africa to Niger Requirements

  • Three original copies of correctly filled, signed and stamped visa application form is required for the visa application.
  • The applicant will be required to present three recent copies of coloured passport-sized photographs which is to be taken with a white background. The photograph should follow the specifications for a visa application.
  • Your passport should have a validity of 6 months after exit from Niger. The passport must have at least 1 blank visa page.
  • Financial proof that you can cater for yourself while in Niger is required. This may be in form of your recent bank statement or that of a Nigerien financial sponsor and a letter declaring sponsorship.
  • Proof of accommodation is needed for this application and it could be a hotel reservation or a letter of invitation from your host stating purpose, duration and intentions of hosting you while in Niger.
  • Return and onward tickets with entry and exit dates to show you have intentions of leaving at the expiry of your visa is required.
  • A travel itinerary preferably from a travel agent is important.
  • An original certificate of vaccination against yellow fever will be needed to complete your application.
  • Immunization against Hepatitis A & B, poliomyelitis, tetanus, typhoid and cholera is recommended.
  • For minors travelling alone, their original birth certificate as well as a signed letter of consent from both parents is needed to complete their visa application. For minors travelling with one parent, the non travelling parent needs to sign the letter of consent.
  • Comprehensive health insurance is recommended and it should include emergency air evacuation coverage.
