Student visa is meant for foreigners who have been accepted to an institution of learning in Romania.
Letter of acceptance from the school you have been accepted.
If you are a minor, you should have an unabridged original copy of your birth certificate.
Holders of this visa are not allowed to work during their time in the country.
Certificates and transcripts of the previous schools you have attended should be presented.
The visa is valid for 90 days but can be extended till the end of your studies in the country.
You are not allowed to request for public funds.
Receipt of paid visa application fee is required.
Certificate of yellow fever vaccination is required.

One copy of duly completed visa application form.
Bank statement which is not older than 3 months showing sufficient and sufficient flow of funds for the duration of your stay in the country.
Two 30 mm x 40 mm passport-sized photographs.
Return and onward ticket with entry and exit dates.
Copy of travel itinerary.
Proof of accommodation.
Two passport sized photographs not older than three months which is in accordance with the passport format for a visa application.
Valid passport with a validity of at least 6 months from the date of visa application. The visa should have one blank page.
Valid travel insurance.
