You are allowed to attend conferences and trade fairs while you are in the country.
This visa does not give you the privilege of being employed in a company.
You cannot attend school and receive lectures with this visa.
Minors should ensure they are in possession of the original copy of their birth certificate.
You should be in possession of the receipt of paid visa application fees.
A letter of invitation from your business partner in Bolivia should be provided. The letter should state the duration and purpose of your visit.
Letter from your current employer stating he is aware of your business leave and the duration of your stay in the country.

One copy of correctly completed visa application form. The application form should be duly signed where necessary.
Valid passport. The passport should have two blank pages and should be valid for 6 months after exit from the country.
Two recent passport-sized photographs taken with a red background. The photograph should be 4 x 4 centimetres.
Proof of subsistence for the duration of your stay in country. This should be in the form of bank statement which is not older than 3 months from prior to the day of application.
Proof of accommodation for the duration of stay in the country.
Travel insurance.
Copy of travel itinerary.
Return flight ticket to South Africa.
