Student Visa from South Africa to Bolivia Description

This visa is for intending students going from South Africa to study in Bolivia.
You should be in possession of the letter of acceptance from the institution you have been offered a course to study in the country.
Certificate of yellow fever vaccination is required.
Ensure you have the certificates and transcripts of the previous schools you studied in.
Police report which serves as a proof of clean criminal record. This does not apply to minors.
Medical report that shows that you do not suffer from any contagious diseases.
If the applicant is a minor, the original copy of the birth certificate should be available.
Receipt of paid visa application fee is required.
The visa can be extended from the 60-day period to when the end of the student’s study in the country.

One copy of correctly completed visa application form. The application form should be duly signed where necessary.
Valid passport. The passport should have two blank pages and should be valid for 6 months after exit from the country.
Two recent passport-sized photographs taken with a red background. The photograph should be 4 x 4 centimetres.
Proof of subsistence for the duration of your stay in country. This should be in the form of bank statement which is not older than 3 months from prior to the day of application.
Proof of accommodation for the duration of stay in the country.
Travel insurance.
Copy of travel itinerary.
Return flight ticket to South Africa.
