Business Visa from South Africa to Slovakia Description

Foreigners who apply for this visa intend to visit Slovakia to foster business relationships with already existing partners or to build up relationships with new partners.
You can negotiate and sign contracts and agreements with business partners in the country.
Foreigners may attend conferences, trade fairs and business summits while in the country.
A letter from your employer in South Africa should be provided. Your position in the company, duration and purpose of your visit should be stated in the letter.
Letter of invitation from the company you are meeting up with in Slovakia should be provided. If the company is going to be in charge of your expenses during your stay in the country, it should be stated in the letter.
The company should state the purpose of your visit and how long you will be staying in the country.
Certificate of business registration of the company you are meeting with in Slovakia is required.
If you have had previous business dealings with the company you are meeting with, you are required to present a proof of this.
Foreigners with this visa are not allowed to take up paid or unpaid employment in the country.
If you are under the age of 18 years, the original copy of your birth certificate should be provided.
Holders of this visa are not allowed to seek public funds.
You are required to leave the country as soon as your visa expires.

Valid national passport which has a validity of 3 months after entry into the country with one blank page.
Bank statement which is not older than 3 months from the period of entry to the country. This is proof that you can cater for yourself during the period of your stay in the country.
Properly and correctly completed application form which has been signed where necessary.
One recent passport-size photograph taken with a white background. The passport should follow the photo specification for a visa application. The passport should not be attached to the application form.
Valid travel insurance with minimal medical coverage of €30,000.
Return and onward ticket.
Copy of travel itinerary.
Proof of accommodation for the duration of your stay in the country.
