This visa is issued to people who want to visit the country for tourism and leisure purposes. This visa also allow its holder to visit friends and families in Portugal. A letter of invitation containing the host's necessary details must be provided in this case. The visa application form for the Portugal Schengen  visa can be downloaded or filled electronically.
