The Algerian business visa is issued to applicants who want to visit Algeria for business purposes. Applicants are required to have two signed and online filled Algerian visa application forms as handwritten forms are not accepted.   Both forms must have the applicant’s original signature.  During your visa application, old forms cannot be used as this could result to the rejection of your application. The following documents should be taken along with the visa application forms to the embassy:     An original signed passport. The passport has to be valid for 6 months beyond stay in Algeria with at least two blank passport page available for Algerian visa stamp. Three identical passport photos with a white background. The photos should be 35mm x 45mm in width and height. A computer generated flight itinerary is required along with the application form. Applicants would also submit pay slips(salary advice) from the last 3 months.   The applicant would submit a proof of  accommodation provision even if it has been listed in the itinerary.  Applicants are required to have health insurance issued to cover their entire duration of stay.  Ensure you have a proof of vaccination against Yellow Fever.   Note that the embassy may request for additional documents during the evaluation process.

For non-South Africans, a South African stay permit is required.

A valid travel insurance is required. With this visa, you are not allowed to take up paid or unpaid employment. You are also not allowed to take up a course in any of the country’s institution of learning. Minors should ensure they have the original copy of their birth certificate. The visa is valid for 30 days.

All visitors are to be vaccinated against hepatitis A and hepatitis B. Certificate of yellow fever vaccination should be presented at the embassy. Minors should ensure they have the original copy of their birth certificate. The visa is valid for 30 days.

Your current employer should give you a certificate confirming that he/she is aware of your business travel. This letter should be presented at the embassy or consulate while applying for your visa. If you have had previous business trades with the company you are visiting, proof of such trades should be provided. You should have a letter from either your employer or the partner company in Greece stating the financial coverage of your business visit. The receipt of your paid visa application fees should be provided.
