Certificate of business registration of the inviting company is necessary for your visa application. If you have had previous business dealings with the company, a proof of this is important. Letter from your current employer in South Africa stating that he/she is aware of your business leave and the duration of your business leave stated in said letter is required. Yellow fever vaccination certificate is mandatory for this application. You are advised to be immunized against hepatitis A and B, polio, malaria, typhoid and cholera. If you are traveling with a minor, a letter of consent from both parents is required.
